The Trapper and Predator Caller is OK but there is way better. Trappers World is GREAT magazine with authors that actually put up the numbers and do it good fur prices or not year after year. Hoof Beats of a Wolfer by Craig O'Gorman is a coyote mans bible 406-436-2234 order it straight from them don't bother with Amazon or Ebay or anything. Coyotes are the top of the totem pole so get ready to do your research. There is also a lot of good videos including the ones by Craig on coyote. Coon there is a toon of knowledge out there if you want to spend a little money to get it on videos or books but i'm not much of a coon man there should be someone on here better to answer those questions.

There is an individual in your area by the name of Ron Hauser. Ron has a video out there called "Longlining Raccoons, Conibears" This is by the far the easisest and most efficient way i have found to trap coon. Get the video and watch what he does. He explains everything extremely well and really puts a hurt on the coon!
