Broke the ice

Well after finally finding some respectable coyote sign, i set 5 traps on saturday with my buddy mike and it resulted in one coyote the next morning. We then came back that afternoon and added two more sets about a half mile from the other sets along a field edge that was on top of a ridge, and this morning we hooked up on a double there. I located these coyotes on tuesday night, and we didn't get permission until saturday afternoon to set. All three were males :?

You are the lucky bastard for having a better coyote population that i do  To get into that good of a density, i would have to drive an hour one way, and we all know with MN's wonderful laws that just isn't feasible  I would just blame ray for not getting those doubles

Dusty I have been trying to fill the orders that are coming in first. I am purposely saving some for you guys, but it might come in one ounce bottles now. This stuff sold a lot better than i expected. Lure makers are the ones buying large quantities of it.

On October 11th morning check, my trapping partner mike informed me that we caught one in the remake from the double we had 8) It was another male coyote to boot! I don't know why, but all four coyotes were males and none were pups! Does anyone have an explanation on why this many adult males would be hanging out in this area this time of year? The scat we were finding had a ton of berries in them, and well we caught that coyote because all the fur had a torquoise color on the fur all around the anus. Well here is the pic of the last one, and a short video of the double that mike took with his phone.

Nice job Chris. But why would anyone blame me. If we should blame anyone it should be Levi. Good luck on Saturday boys.
