Mostly cloudy and light winds.

Now we'll see if it comes true.

BBJ

It will come true. Bremen's weather has always been good to us.

Coyoteman what are they serving for breakfast? I'm not leaving too much faith in my cousin feeding us breakfast that morning so I'm looking forward to the grub.

Thanks Chris we had fun like normal even if we were unsuccessful!

Yeah there was quite a bit of snow! It was easy walking though with snowshoes as it was powder on top of a bit of crust. What made it real hard was the snowed in roads though...frustrating to get 5 miles one direction then have to turn around and backtrack. Or getting stuck...that happened to us a bit and we had to shovel out.

Thanks for putting on a fun hunt like usual chris!! The coyotes just did not want to respont for levi and i. I did happen to shoot my farthest coyote at 407 yards in its bed :D . The sad part was that i wasn't even excited that i shot it, because i had at least a 3.5 mile walk back to the truck through bean stubble, and sunflower stubble fields  .

lyonch

Whoa that's a hike!!! Was that due to the snowed in roads or just a result of the area?

It's just the area that we are in. These section are very large and in order to get to the coyotes, you need to get back in there where the snow-mo retards and road hunters can't harrass them. My legs are still cussing and swearing at me :( I'm sure levi walked more miles than i did. He walked the area that i usually do and i walked a new area. We have a game plan for these coyotes next time though  Hopefully it will equal less effort and dead coyotes :D

Yeah we hunted a little on the way home yesterday and changed our strategies a little bit, but we were really battling the foggy conditions. It was hard to see a lot of the time. Overall a frustrating weekend for papapete and I.
