Jeff and Duwayne win

Post by Coyotehunter »

Well , we just completed our annual coyote calling contest here in Pierre. Jeff Rheborg and Duwayne Van den Hoek took 1st. place. It was a tough day to hunt with high temperatures. I think it reached 53degrees today. We had 26 teams for our annual event and 4 teams had 3 coyotes. Not many coyotes brought in. The top three teams had 3 coyotes and 1st., 2nd, and 3rd place was decided by total weight. Congratulations guys. They bought theirselves in the Calcutta, so they have plenty of money for beer when they come up next week. Hit them up. There was some nice coyotes brought in , and some awful sh--ty ones. See you next week. Pray for some nice cold weather.

Thanks for the kind words, we were very fortunate to shoot 3 fat dogs. At days end we didn't think 3 would win, but we were happy to find our names at the top of the list when it was all said and done.

I am more than positive we will buy a few beers for you guys too!!!

Take care, travel safe and see you in a few short days!!!!!!!!!
