If I remember correctly Berger has begun checking their ballistic coefficients in real guns instead of using computer models.The difference between match and match varmint has to due mostly with jacket thickness I think. The hunting and target versions have proven to be more or less interchangable in my 6br.
If your worried, back off a grain or two and then work your way back to your original load. It doesn't hurt to play it safe.

Have you guys had any experience with Berger 68 grain match 243 win on coyotes.
