good stuff Chris. thanks for showing that!!
got that coyote skinned/fleshed when i got home. real nice one for MN. shot another at about 30 yards with BB steel and lost it. called it in 5 times before a shot was presented.

A G-Man that was working here years ago said they used steel shot from the airplanes on coyotes. I can't remember the reason why.

Pretty amazing how fast you can do them. 3 coons in 11 min. Can you do coyotes that quick too?

Coyotes take a bit longer to flesh than the coon. I would think 5 minutes and i should have a coyote fully fleshed out. I had a buddy of mine bring over 3 cold coyotes the other day, and i didn't know it but he timed me, and it took me 16 minutes to skin those three coyotes by hand because he wanted to see how i do it by hand. The skinning machine would speed that time up a bit. He also timed me on a coon that i had laying there and from the time i picked up the brush to comb it out, i had it peeled in 1minute 40 seconds but i used the machine on that one.

On coon i try to average roughly 2minutes to skin, and 2.5 to flesh. It sure helps to be fast, but not to the point you hurt your end product by rushing.
