Hey fellas,
Anyone got any ideas why when ya try to open the link to the 2013 NDCC above, it takes you to back to Feb of last year and to a bunch of old stuff but no new details. It looks like dates are posted but when ya click into it.....nothing......ideas???

cool, I knew that deadline was coming up and after missing last year, gotta get things in order to get a spot this year.......
