first set of the season

Post by rhino »

Well I couldn't take it anymore. I had to go out and try one stand. Wind was out of the SE 5-10 about 8:30 am. I was sitting in a pea field behind a round bale. about 1/4 mile from a sunflower field. Didn't see anything but it was good to get out and hear the calls at work once again. I did see some droppings from some animal it looked like berries and it looked like a canine. Anyone know how much coyotes eat berries?

Can't wait for next time.

They looked red to dark red. Not too sure of the size as everything was mushed together. Do berries digest very well, because they looked intact pretty good. Maybe it was vomit.
