New User / Coyote Hunting

Im in Troy Illinois and we have sleet coming down like crazy and snow on the way over night suppose to get up to 15 inches or so. I just go my 17 HMR sighted in etc. With this storm is there better chances of spotting getting a coyote out in the open? I have never been but have a few predator calls I can use.
