2010-11

I thought I would share this with you guys since most of my other posts have been about rifles or reloading.

I had decent success hunting until late winter when I didn't call in a dang thing (try make a few stands a week) for the whole month of January! One highlight though was shooting these four coyotes on one stand on the last weeked of October. I think I did cartwheels all the way back to my pickup!

It was the best hunting experience in my life so far and to top it off, I shot another coyote the following morning. I do most of my hunting in the valley so I have a hard time believing I'll get 5 in one weekend again. Fun times.

Sweet! A quad isn't easy to get at all. I've had one opportunity but missed the last one running away, had them all in the wheel house too but I think I counted my chickens before they hatched. Good work!
