If any one wants to get rid of their porkies I would be more than happy to purchase them. I offer upwards of $10.00 a piece depending on hair length and size. E-mail me and we can work something out. I live in glendive so eastern montana and western north dakota travel is not a problem. e-mail me and we can work something out. I usually like to get a couple hundred a year and this year is pretty slow.

I pluck the longer guard hairs and if the quills are good enough I keep them as well. I save the claws and skulls off most of the animals I acquire. Some of it is sold and others are used for crafts or educational purpose's. Most of the porky hair I get is sold all over the world. Most of the buyers us it for making indian roach's (head dress's).

I have a whole porcupine frozen. It looks pretty nice.

I live in Grand Forks and won't be in the western part of the state that I know of. If you want I could ship you guard hairs and quills and we could work something out.

PM me.
