Luke Oyloe Memorial Hunt
30 OCTOBER 2010

Coyotehunter.net will be holding a 1- day coyote-hunting tournament in Williston, ND 30 October 2010. Check-in starts at 5:00 AM at American Legion. The afternoon check-in will be at 7:00 PM at the American Legion. This hunting tournament is a one-day contest, $75 per team (see rules for details). 1st 30%, 2nd 25%, 3rd 20%, 4th 15%, & 5th 10% place finishes will be awarded to the teams with the highest 1-day total. Scholarship will be awarded based on participation in the tournament, must be a senior at Williston High School, Trenton High School and Trinity Christian School in Williston, ND, and submit a 1000-word essay on coyote hunting. There will be a 5 person panel that will vote for who will be awarded the scholarship after the tournament. We will be holding a Calcutta Auction at 9:00pm the 29 October 2010 at the American Legion to raise money for the Scholarship. You do not have to be in the hunt to participate in the Calcutta. Starting to figure out the fall calander and have a Q about this tourney Is this a three man like last year or only a 2 man??

Tbush a lot determines on what comes forth with the Series Point system, but as of now it looks like it will remain at 3. Final rules will get posted as the dates get closer.

I thought it was getting switch to a 2 man for the point system, we will just have to see how Jamie wants to work the point system.

Luke Oyloe Memorial Hunt

Coyotehunter.net will be holding a 1- day coyote hunting tournament in Williston, ND 30 October, 2009. Check-in starts at 5:00 AM at American Legion. The afternoon check-in will be at 7:00 PM at the American Legion. This hunting tournament is a one-day contest, 2 man teams $75 per team (80% payback). 1st 30%, 2nd 25%, 3rd 20%, 4th 15%, & 5th 10% place finishes will be awarded to the teams with the highest 1-day total. Scholarship will be awarded based on participation in the tournament, must be a senior at Williston High School, Trenton High School and Trinity Christian School in Williston, ND, and submit a 1000-word essay on coyote hunting. Coyotehunter, do you know if the scholarship flyer got posted at school? If you need a revised one to allow other schools let me know.

just got back from the grocirie store so's i can whip up a batch of swmpgas chili :D i'm making a "special" batch this time so you all better bring lots of T.P. :twisted: :twisted: P.S can someone bring bowls and spoons???

Well sad news,Travis and I are not going to make it to Luke's hunt :( the good news My youngest son's football team has its semi-final game this Sat. if they win its off to state Nov 6, deer opener!!!. Sorry guys :) but now its 1 less competitor and that means someone else will take home a trophey :lol: and I just read I'll miss Buck's chili :mrgreen: ...oh darn ...."Good luck to all and be safe"
