Post by lyonch »

FHA just came out with an update to how they feel the upcoming fur season will go. There first sale is not until Februaury, but are invlolved with several other countries and there sales. It's looking up, but not promising.

I wouldn't bank on any critter selling extremely high. I feel they will all hold around the same as last year, except muskrats. I think those will tank in a real hurry since there will be a lot of people targeting them. With the price of crude oil being up from last year, i would supect some furs to do slightly better than last year, but only by a dollar or two. Then again it could all be the opposite and we will be selling coyotes for $5-$7 put up
