BIG TN Coyote!!!

Gun: Bustmaster MOE .223
Ammo: .223 Hornady Vmax 55gr
Distance: 75-100yds
-He ran about 10yds from where I shot him!

Good job :) what did it weigh, don't look that big........

Don't know what it weighed yet. I had a tough time lighting it up, but it is my first coyote so I don't really know how to judge it!

Nice work, you'll never forget your first coyote. Once I get my snow shoes on and start dragging em back they all start to feel pretty damn big in a hurry. :D

Haha thanks. Yea I took it too the taxidermy today to get it skinned. The guy said that for some reason the coyote didn't have his winter fur an still had his short summer coat?

Thats strange, I would have thought they would have been pretty prime by now but I suppose it varies depending on the area. But if your happy with it then it doesn't matter how prime it is, get it tanned you only shoot your first one once.
