20 min. fleshing beam

Post by Tbush »

I just made this simple beam for fleshing rats. its hinged on the bottom so you just slide the piece of 2x4 the change the angle. the old knife I've had since I was 13 and used it to flesh many rats, and the broadhead pounded into the beam is just to run the knife across to clean the fat/meat off of it. and you can't see but a hole drilled in the very top to put a nail in it .. thats for putting legs or bad spots on top and pinning them with a nail so fleshing can be done around those area's easier.I have basically the same thing for a large beam for coon and coyotes only made from a 2x6 but goes all the way to the floor. :D
