Anybody coursing in WY, SD, CO?

Coursing means the high speed pursuit of game (or a subsitute for game such as an artificial lure) by a predator hunting primarily by sight. If you have stories, pictures, question or discussions on 'sighthounds' or 'gazehounds' post it here.

You would probably NOT want a bayer....a dog on the harder side would probably be the way to go. That said, before you'd go that route, I'd recommend going out with somebody that hunts terriers....no matter what breed or color of terrier....and get a firsthand idea. Also...keep in mind that a pup may not be the route to go if this is what you're wanting to do. You won't know if a terrier will be hard, soft, bayer, mixer, or just a flat non-worker until they are adults and have been in the field. It's quite possible and happens somewhat regularly that good working parents produce non-working pups. Even pups that do work may not be as hard as the parents or have the same style, etc.
It's all about the huntin'
