Shot Placement

Post by sm8213 »

Guys
I have always gone for the heart lung shot. I was reading another list and they seemed to be advocating head shots. That kinda seemed a little optimistic most of the time. I posted this picture of the actual location of the heart and lung anotomy. I was impressed how far back the heart and lungs are from the chest wall. I was wondering what everyone's opinion is on shot placement.

Put it in the shoulder region and he wont be going anywhere!! Good pic and an informative one but like fallguy mentioned is it possible for you to make it bigger?

I aim for the shoulder with the rifles we use today that should anchor him right where he is standing
