one for three

Post by EO caller »

This is one of those deals were ya can't believe that at the end of the set you only had one coyote down. I've gotten to were I only want one at a time. Lots easier to film and shoot. Any way we were calling at a spot across the highway and at the end of the set I did some howling to see if I couldn't locate something. All the sudden on the other side of the highway three dogs lit up. I think they wanted to come to the distress I was doing but they didn't want to cross the highway in broad daylight. So we made it easy for them and just walked across the highway, sat down, did a light call on the "Tweety" and here they came. We wanted to stop the first one that got close and let the other catch up but no luck. Trevor had to pop the close one before he got ran over and the follower scattered down the draw and Trevor missed high. Oh well it made for good video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJufg1nEQMU
