First of the season.

got this 38 pounder last week around midnight. shot him in the head with CCI velocitor .22 from 40 yards and he dropped on the spot.

I use the .22 in an effort to be respectful of my neighbors while hunting at night. Is not a problem with the right ammo and placement. The CCI velocitors are 40 grain and hit hard at 1450 fps. Quiet and deadly.

cool... i like the respect part. i passed up a shot early tghis a.m. because of close house.
