A Good Read

For those of you that haven't seen it, Randy Roede wrote an article for issue 81 of The Varmint Hunter Magazine. It's a nice glimpse into what some of the adc guys do. It's worth checking out. Short, but realistic and well written.

Yes,good stuff!If Randy ever invites me to sit on a front porch with him,I'll be there! :D
The article may make it seem like a 'dream job' but I'm sure it isn't always the case.Lots of thankless hard work at times.I was fortunate to attend a meeting last week that went over SoDaks 'Wildlife Damage Management' program(ADC being a large part of that)and was very impressed.One of the speakers was the programs administrator who had the facts and figures.Bottom line=A very few-stretched thin-group of dedicated people doing a necessary,tough job in times of extreme budget issues.Kudos to Randy and the others!!!
AND,I suspect most would be stunned by the number of critters 'controlled' by that small group of people.Wow,I was.
