scope for new gun

hello im still new at this i been shoping for a new gun for awhile an thanks for every bodys i picked up my new 223 the other day it a remington model 700 vtr 223 an i was just woundering you all help me wake up my mind about what kind of rifle to get if all of u can help me with a scope that would be good for this gun thanks

NIKON 3-9X40 IS A GOOD ONE :wink:

I like leupolds in 3 by 9 or 4.5 by 10.I think most scopes nowadays are pretty good and I'd look around til you find one you like after making up your mind if you want a fixed or variable and then what power you want.

I shoot 4x12 leupolds on all my varmint guns.

Lots of options out there today, almost to many options! I am still doing research on the new scope I am going to buy! Once you buy one, you are almost stuck with it!

I have a leupold 4x12 and a burris 4.5x14. They are both good scopes.
