Beowulf 50 cal

I'm thinking about buying another ar15, but I want something a little different this time.
I'm torn between the .450 bushmaster "thumper" and the .50 "beowulf". I've shot the thumper and liked it a lot, but I was wondering if any of you have shot the .50.
I'll most likely buy the Beowulf, but it would be cool to hear some opinions before I lay down the cash.
