I don't know about you guys but the sun and the white snow sometime are painful and I have been trying to find a good pair of sunglasses for hunting that will not cause a big reflection and scare coyotes away and I think I finally have. I purchased a pair of white camo monster dogs made by Oakley. They are polarized grey non-reflective lens's and are really nice to look through. So if anyone else has this problem you might want to check these out!

Great idea daryl!! they look pretty cool. A guy definietly needs to watch for that glare factor. The glare can defiinetely make or break a stand!!!

The sun reflection off the snow sucks!! I usually get headachs, those sunglasses would be an AWESOME investment!

Jamie I am not sure I am guessing you mean yellow like shooting glasses. 8)

Yep, they work great in the summer as well. I just picked up a pair of cheap Berretta shooting glasses and they seem to help out more than just shaded glasses. They knock down the glare but don't darken your view.

Good point Jamie guess i would have thought a coyote would pick out the yellow of the lens.

I've had a few pairs of Oakleys and usually you can get all kinds of different colors for the lenses, including yellow. If you have the glasses already you could probably just go to their brand's website and order them for your type of sunglasses if you wanted to.

A few years back I won a pair of sun/safety glasses at the V.H. coyote calling contest.. I have used them for a few seasons now when out calling, I like them alot. They came with a bluesh green color lenses which did'nt seem to bother on my calling stands so I kept useing them.. The lenses are pretty tuff since they are a safety glass but I did manage to get a little scratch in one lense so I bought two more sets of lenses for the frames.. I got a set of redish/orange and brown. The lenses are easey to change just slide one out and slide a different one back in, they are comfortable to wear and durable as well... The glasses I have are made by NUMA sports optics...

You can see me wearing them in this vid. and well not see much of if any glare...

I just got a prescription Oakleys in Kings camo..... and love the bronze tint for hunting, I will have to see what happens in the winter but either way they will be better than nothing...

side note the kings camo Oakley's are on their web pages.. and prescription was a custom add on.

I've been thinking about getting some goggles for winter hunting ess makes some tactical style that are an Asian fit they are a little slimmer fitting so you'll be Able to shoot yor rifle and they won't hamper your side to side vision. We wear them at work in the winter and they are awesome they never fog up and keep the wind and snow out of your eyes so they arent watering and your eyelashes aren't freezing up
