First Trackable Snowfall
It's snowed at least 2" last night & still come'n down this morning here in the Buckeye. It's our first trackable snowfall this year, bout da*# time! It should make for a couple good hunts this weekend I hope. I'll get back with the the "bag limit" Sunday night.

We got our first good trackable snow here next door to you yellowdog but wont be able to get out until the first of the year.
Im dying to get out. Let us know how you do!!!

We wound up taking 6 dogs out of one section & let another slip through the cracks somehow
. Oh well, off to a good start anyway, I'll try to post some pics later. Oh yeah, almost forgot, make that seven, we caught one in a snare also if that counts?

Good going and yeh,it counts.
I might add we just got 'trackable' snow here as well.My tracks though and they are heading out to see how many feet of snow I need to shovel to get to my tractor door to get serious about plowin/blowin us out.
Not sure why though,all the roads are closed anyway.I heard,not sure its true,that there's only one area around here thats 'snow free',thats up near Grand Forks.Those guys are really unlucky cause I know they LOVE a good trackin snow.
