Mich and I maid to stands with full moon and killed two then went home got up the next morning and got to see the lunar eclipse and then killed eight on sat. and sunday then on wen. i took one of my hands out he is hooked we killed 5 2dbls and single had another coming in with the single but farmer drove in just before the second one had time to make it in. Sorry meant to put it under coyote hunting forums

Good work. I had to take my son to meet the bus early that morning and got to see the eclipse. Very cool. Cold clear and calm that night. Got home at 8pm from checking traps. Just could not talk myself into going out again after dropping the dogs. Great night for it.
You guys had a hell of a week, even with the full moon. We had a hard time getting them to respond during the day over the full moon. We hunted hard for 2 days and only killed 2.
Friday we went out again. We called coyotes in on 50% of our stands and killed 4.
I thought the tough hunting earlier was due to the full moon. I guess it didn't affect them in your area! Congrats on the good week!
