Yup, some of them had the carbon barrels, some didn't. I'm sorry I just can't afford that kind of investment right now man. If I didn't have to worry about paying for college I'd take up the offer in a heartbeat. That is, unless you're willing to let it go for $300 It is a very nice gun though.

Thats a good down payment........ I have a bran new .243 barrel and a new stock for a Remington model 700 so if you can find a short action rifle cheap we could maybe peice something together for ya..

What else would be needed to put something together with that? Don't YOU want to piece something together with those parts?

you would need a short action remington 700 like a .243,.22-250,7mm-08. If you could find a junk one my gunsmith could take the new parts I have and put a gun together for ya that would shoot good.

Hey Daryl, would you take a trade on that Howa? I've got a 1976 HondaK6 CB750 motorcycle I would be willing to trade for that .22-250. It runs great. Bought it in 2008 and would just rather have a good coyote gun. PM me if you're interested.
