DownWind.....is it just the way it looks in the pic, or does your scope really slope down towards the muzzle?

Browning Medallian modified into a Tactical.20. Has a 25" ss Douglas barrel, turned to .80 at the muzzle. Weighs about 12 lbs with the scope and bipod, sling on it. Maybe 11lbs, not sure. I'll see if I can scan a photo to put it up on here.

They make a 56mm, cool. I tried H380 in my 22-250, darn bullets dropped about 18" in 300yds, with IMR 4320 they dropped about 3" or so, I was supprised cause some guy had said it was good in a 22-250. Those Noslers work good huh! I like them in .224 and .204.

Guess it depends on the field . I'm going to take my tried and true Remington 700 BDL in 243, and keep the new ar-15 handy . The 243 sends 5 bullets into a penny group at 100 yrds, good enough for yote work. Hopefully my buddy will bring his 870!

That doesnt seem right. All else being equal you shouldnt of had that extreme a difference.

I shoot 40 grains of H380 hehind a 50 grain Nosler BT in a .22-250 and have 4.62" of drop at 300 with a 200 yard zero.

Sure you didnt change something else? Zero range perhaps?

It was so long ago, I'm not sure how much powder, I would assume it was with a nearly full, or full casing. I was supprised it dropped so much, also. I might still have the 380 if someone wants it, or is it impossible to send it?
