Fricken Marty is a head shooter 8) .. I try my best. sometimes when 4-5 come out of a nest you just try to get a bullet in all of them. the singles are the easier ones :D

This beaver shooting sounds like it would be a blast. In minnesota i can't shoot beavers legally, but i know the red river isn't too far away and i just might have to talk levi into a little trip of floating the red wacking beaver this spring  Mitch, do you guys use .22's to shoot them.

We better let the Red River settle down a bit during the spring, it might be mighty high again! :(

a .22mag in the back of the head with a heavy bullet works great but I have shot a bunch with a 12 ga shotgun. I have also pulled in more than a few that were plenty alive coming over the side of the boat. I was with a guy who got bit in the forearm as he was grabbing for it to haul it in. It has been awhile, I think he was in the other boat when it happened. I have had them charge me in the boat as well.

Here are some randome pics of spring beaver trapping that i did. The other guy in the some of the photos, is someone who coyotehunter, and prairieghost both know on some scale. Prairieghost helped move in his Boone and Crocket coastal brown bear, and coyotehunter saw his game room after 5 african safari hunts and several other hunts he has done.

I've only been catching about one a year so far where i live. If you were to head further west, and a little north i think you can find a lot of them willing to step on a pan of a trap
