Thanks Dcoy! I have had a lot of confidence the past few weekends. I have been really trying to stay focused and concentrating on each shot, instead of just throwing lead at them. I would rather have two very good shots, then 5 average to below average shots at one coyote. I still have a long ways to go, to be were I want to be by next season. Lots and Lots of practicing

That is a neat place to stay at Tbush!! :D I have been on hold during the late season here, mainly due to the fact that i am buidling a new house this spring and the fricken bank is watching me like a hawk right now  As soon as all the house things get finalized and turkey hunting is done i plan on getting out and wacking some of the denning coyotes in my area :D . I keep trying to tell the fiance that i want a shooting bench in the bedroom so i can shoot out into the field, but that has been going over like asking a coyote not to smell you when he goes downwind

Terry here's an old recurve pic for you.Thats it though, never try scan, download, god knows what to get more on here again.Next time Pilgrim visits,I'll have him do a bunch of oldies but goodies. This seems to be 1978.Bow was a 78 lb Wing Take down-back in the days when I had muscle. :D Nice bear but not a monster.Made 'book' but barely.Had a neat white chest V though.

got these on my way to work today. the mangy one at 414 yards the nice one at about 175. both were shot with barnes 45.grain tsx with a 22-250. bullets preformed perfect.wish they wer'nt so spendy. the big coyote i've been trying to get since dec. no matter how i come in, he knows it snuck up on him probably 10-12 times this year without getting a shot. he would not come to any call i tried. today he made the mistake of bedding in a different spot that i could approach un-detected. a strong wind really helped. lights out!!.really nice fur yet.
