Hi Everyone,
Well, I am now facing another big challenge. I have moved from the flat, windy, grassy plains of Montana to the northeast mountain countryside of Washington. I am facing trying to find places that I can hunt coyotes. Talk about relocating a stand! As soon as I can get everything unpacked, I will need to make at least two more trips back to get the rest of our things, and of course, the main thing is my rifles.
As soon as I can I need to start contacting some of the farmers around here about hunting and talk to F & G about the regulations. Think that this first winter may not be as productive as it was in Montana. I will still keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.

Thanks to all! For those in WA, I moved to Colville. For those not from WA, Colville is almost directly north of Spokane about 70 miles. One of the reasons we moved here was that it reminded us of the Flathead Valley in NW Montana before it became so over populated. After four years we decided that we missed the trees and mountains. This area is full of Forest Service land so hopefully if the farmers won't let me hunt on their property, I can find other areas. Hey Dcoy, we might have to get together sometime after the dust settles around here.

I do not believe you can trap or snare in that state. I have heard that the calling out East there is very good. Good Luck.
