Mt. Lion Tracks?

Hey guys, saw these weird tracks while out looking for some coyotes in the badlands. The third picture may be a little hard to see, but the tracks looked like little tiny boot tracks. There were no distinguishable toes or claw marks. In the first two pictures, there only appears to be three toes. From other pictures I've seen, mt. lions have four toes, but maybe (if these ARE cat tracks) the cat had snow/ice compacted in between it's toes. I've also read that when mt. lions walk they'll put their back paw in the same track as their front paw just was. I know that my dogs sometimes have to stop running in the yard to chew ice/snow balls out of their toes. What do you think?

There wasn't much sunlight that day, just overcast skies, so couldn't get really any depth to a picture because there weren't really any shadows. I will be going back to this area within the next couple of weeks looking for some coyotes or cats, will have to keep my eyes open.

puddy = "puddy tat" = cougar, which apparanty has a new connotation.

Anyway, I am told that visuals do better to convey ideas to the new youth, so here's a pic:

Sometimes all a guy's got is his name and what that means as per where he lives. I just get a little defensive if I feel that I'm being thought of as a joke and I'll be damned before I let anybody discredit my name or thoughts  . I'm just here to learn fellas, and I've got quite a bit to do so frickin bear with me. :|

1shooter you don't need to get all defensive. We aren't here to harrass you or tease you. It was a simple breakdown in communication between you and pilgrim. I just got a kick out of the picture he used to explain his statement. You also need to remeber that what everyone posts here is just pure opinion and can be taken into the wrong context because you can't always see a facial expression or tone of voice. If i have personally offended you, that was not my intentions :?
