Classified section

Post by jaybic »

Hello Coyotehunter et al,

I was just thinking, do you have or have you ever considered having a "classifieds" section?

People could buy/sell/swap calls they dont like, decoys, coyote rifles/bullets bipods, GPSs...anything coyote hunting related...ect...ect..even coyote hunts from different states. Kinda like "I'll take you hunting in Montana for coyotes if you take me for Bobcats in Texas" type thing. Maybe there are good reasons for not doing this too but I was just curious.

Thanks,

Jaybic

P.s. Anybody wanna buy a "Rigor Rabbit" decoy????

I think that a "classifieds" section would be a great addition to the website!

Thanks for asking.

I do like the rifle but I have an itch for another .204 and don't need two in the same caliber.

If someone gave me $575 + $20 shipping I'd take it today. Includes a full-action bed (Devcon) & floated laminate stock with Holland pillars, #2.5 trigger (nice), Speedlock firing pin assembly, re-crowned, lapped. I'll include a set of Leupold bases & rings that I have lying around (black matte or matte silver, take your pick). I'll put a Shilen trigger back in for another $75, although the Remington trigger in place works well.

See the attached pic. If you don't like the paint job you can easily sand blast the metal (not a big deal) while the paint on the stock can be hand-sanded off, then spray on urathane.

Heck, maybe we don't need a classified section :?

I brought this up a couple years ago and they were kinda afraid that people would sell everything including the kitchen sink. I offered to moderate it and keep it hunting only but as coyotehunter said to many things not enough time and some things get forgot. Since on this subject and as long as I don't get in trouble I also have a rifle for sale.. Howa Axiom .22-250 with a 4-16x50 nikko stirling scope. PM if interested..

Nice gun! I'm kind of looking for a junker (I don't care what kind of condition the stock is in) that still shoots accurately. Somewhere in the $200-$300 range with scope. If I had the money I'd consider it though.

Yup, some of them had the carbon barrel, some didn't. I'm sorry man, I just can't afford that right now. I'm starting to look for a varmint gun with a really beat-up stock that someone would sell for just a couple hundred $$.
