According to the nosler manual 26.0 gr of varget is 95% capacity. If using military brass start at or below 24.0gr as the pressures sometime are higher with military cases.

I haven't shot the ladder test yet. Summer was very busy with work and other things. I can't believe how little shooting I did this summer.Coyotehunter wrote:any updates

Well I finally got time to get out and shoot that ladder test with xdeano's help today.
No signs of excessive pressure on any of the rounds which was good. The tests looked promising I had 3 different power nodes on the paper. Next I am going to narrow it down to 3 different loads and test those groups.
Also shot a ladder test on my 243 with Varget and 85 Grain Sierra BTHP. Didn't go as well but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can make that combo work.
