how to get smiley faces to work

Hey all,

How do you get the smiley faces to work/use? I tried drag and drop, clicking, double clicking.

.should be able to just click on it. it will come up as a number or letter in the sentance at first but will change to a smiley when you hit submit

Double check your control panel to make sure you didn't disable them
