In that top picture is that the shadows or did that coyote have that much black in the legs? Almost looks like fox legs.

Yes the legs are Black and the whole coyote has a black tint to it with lots of black ticking.... T.A.

At the Varmint Hunter calling Contest last weekend,A guy brought one in that was darker than the one Tim shot. The tail was completely black, When I first saw it from a distance , I thought it was a wolf. The furbuyer didn't get that coyote as the hunter kept it.
