9yr old fights coyote

National News (KFSN) -- A nine year old boy said he used his snowboard to fight off a coyote that attacked him.
Tony Sandlin said the animal pounced on him while he was snowboarding with his six year old brother at a Colorado golf course
Sandlin said his brother yelled at him about the coyote and that distracted the animal for a moment. But then it got close, circled around him and bit him.
Sandlin said about the bite, "Not very bad, just hurt a little&I pushed him away and then he started circling me again, and then I just took my sock off out of the snowboard and whacked him with this part of my board."
