Great pics guys keep them coming.

That is a big coyote with the peg legged female.

I have heard good things about the minaska i've talked to Tad Brown quite a few times and his company is dealing with it now they should have a pretty good sound library in the next few years IF they don't already. I have never dealt with the product myself.

I know what your thinking??? How the heck did Randy get a Fox Pro CS24 in July of 2006??? Over 3 years it's been out there, must be Fox Pro is using WT for it's reasearch and developement??? Still have a ways to go.

RandyR you have way too much time on your hands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surpassed it with new technology hence the reason for the ATOM!!!!!!!!! :D

Serious I hope the atom is all that and a slice of bread for those that like or need WT. Leaves more calling with other makes/models for the rest of us. :D

Randy, just saw your ? about painting the horn.

I really am not concerned as I am usually 20-50 yards away from it in most cases. They expect to see something when they come to a call the little spot of white never bothers them as much as that 200 pound camo'd thing sitting 20 yards away. That may give them cause for concern, not that it is a human but that it is a big whatever. Not what they were expecting so thus caution. That's why laying prone when possible is always a good deal, you don't have such a big profile from a coyotes view. Some of these pastures the last couple days have nothing but grass on a stand so a guy is limited. Usually means some longer shots.

Had an interesting deal today, using fawn bleat on the WT and had some doe mule deer come charging in as usual. They are standing 50 yards in front of me, off to my right at about 400 yards a coyote is trotting in, he sees the deer which are now heading out, meets them at about 300 yards out, chases them away out to about 500 yards and then comes to within 50 yards and gets shot. I've had does run off coyotes, both deer and antelope, had them let the deer leave and then come in, but never push the does off and then come. I guess it's how it works for real, get the fawns seperated from the does and then go findem. This time the fawn just never shut up, bet he thought my lucky day!!

From what I saw today, I would say that dispersal is happening. Dumb pups in dumb places. Lucky for them I was looking for older agressive coyotes in cattle.

Please read the following this testing was done with no motive and was some of the best testing done on callers to date by a 3rd party with no dog in the fight. It may open some eye's if not, run what you brung.
The test was done by Gary C. I met him a few years back in AZ. He used to be a WT fan till he pissed Bill off.. Gary is also partial to the B.C. caller... When it comes to electronics Gary is a big whizz but he still don't know anything about coyotes..LOL
A guy can look at every version or test done on the E-callers and it never comes out the same, but i do think the WT is a better E-caller from my own use with it.. I also have a B.C. and like it alot buts its not the same as the WT...

That picture in the car is kick ass!

Shows how hard a guy hunts when he runs the wheels right off his rig chasing coyotes. Ya need to slide about a 1978 4 wd chevy truck chassis(starting another ruckus?) under that baby and make it your "Official Roedemobile"
